Shipping Policy, Storing, & Serving Suggestions
Shipping Policy: Standard delivery is 1-3 days & we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays. Click on Add to Cart button to view shipping and handling charges. Due to shipment transit time and limitations our online ordering system are only to be shipped in the United States. A depletion of inventory could result in a delay. We will notify you by email when a delay is inevitable (weather, availablity or other circumstances). Rush order is available for additional charge. Please email us for any special request for special occassions. When you order products from Artisan Bake and Brew you can be assured that we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care and thorough inspection. We only use the best shipping processes to deliver merchandise in the best condition, intact and fresh to your doorstep. Artisan Bake and Brew does not profit from shipping charges. Please check and review the detailed conditions below to prevent future confusion. Artisan Bake and Brew is not responsible for incorrect spelling of address given, so we suggest to triple check your address spelling before anything else as this is statistically the most common error that a merchandise is delayed, not delivered properly and on time. In an event that we are unable to deliver the package we will evaluate the package and its contents. If the package and contents are in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and hadling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you (the customer) will be responsible for the charges of the new order.
Storing & Serving Suggestions: Upon arrival at your home remove all products from shipping container. If frozen you can leave it out to thaw and microwave for at least 30-40 seconds before serving. Store in freezer bags in the refrigerator for 3 days. We strongly recommend that you consume our products within 1-3 days upon arival as refrigeration only hastens the loss of mositure. But if you are not going to consume it right away we recommned freezing them in freezer bag.
Like opinions, taste differs. If you are expecting a cake that looked & taste differently than the one you received. We do not send replacement cakes or issue refund. The images on the website might be slightly different from the actual as this cakes are artisan made.
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as these are perishable items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
In an event that your item is returnable (i.e. accessories), to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (applicable only on accessories)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not send replacement cakes or issue refunds on perishable items.
Absolutely no Refunds for the following:
**Problems not related to or caused by Artisan Bake and Brew, LLC.
**Not following handling and thawing instructions
**A cake sent to someone who is out of town
**Arrival time of delivery. FedEx has until 10PM to deliver
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2876 S HILLOCK AVE, CHICAGO Illinois United States 60608. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECTION 4 - Wix.com
Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
